High performance activated white clay is an adsorbent made from Bentonite as raw material, which is treated with inorganic acid, rinsed with water, and then dried to get final product. It is white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, with good adsorption property to adsorb colored substances and organic matter. It is mainly used for refining the animal and vegetable oil, to effectively remove the aflatoxin, pesticide residue and the odor substance from the oil, as well as phospholipids, soaps and trace of metal ions. The decolored oil’s acid value will not go up again. The oil is clear and transparent, and will not be colored again. This high performance activated white clay is particularly suitable for refinery production of vegetable oil, animal oil and mineral oil.

The function of montmorillonite in feed:

Montmorillonite, also known as microcrystalline kaolinite, is a kind of aluminosilicate. Its main component is eight surface montmorillonite particles. It is named after Montmorillon in France, which was originally found in France.

Properties: white powder. It has good plasticity, hydrophily, bonding ability, refractory quality and cation exchange ability. It has high green compression strength and high hot wet tensile strength. It is an ideal molding sand binder for precision casting, which is convenient for casting in wet mold or dry mold. It helps to eliminate the casting sand holes, scab, and sand mold collapse defect.

Bentonite used in civil engineering is made of high quality bentonite. It has the characteristics of low sand content, quick slurry start, high mud yield rate and low filtration loss. It can effectively carry drilling chips, reduce mud loss, lubricate and cool down the drilling tools, and reduce resistance force.

The montmorillonite desiccant uses natural montmorillonite as raw material, and it is dried and activated to make a final product. It has no additives and soluble substances.  It is a non-corrosive, non-toxic, pollution-free environment friendly green product. The moisture absorption properties can be kept stable at various temperatures. The saturation moisture absorption rate is more than 50% of its own weight, which is 1.5 times of the traditional desiccant.  It is widely used in electronic, metal, food, medicine, precision machinery, military, light industry products in the field of moisture proof.
