Activated Clay Absorbent Series
High performance activated white clay is an adsorbent made from Bentonite as raw material, which is treated with inorganic acid, rinsed with water, and then dried to get final product. It is white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, with good adsorption property to adsorb colored substances and organic matter. It is mainly used for refining the animal and vegetable oil, to effectively remove the aflatoxin, pesticide residue and the odor substance from the oil, as well as phospholipids, soaps and trace of metal ions. The decolored oil’s acid value will not go up again. The oil is clear and transparent, and will not be colored again. This high performance activated white clay is particularly suitable for refinery production of vegetable oil, animal oil and mineral oil.

(1) HH-01
This product is mainly used for food animal grease and vegetable oil refining. It has good decolorization ability and good adsorption performance. It has a good effect on the substances that will cause oxidation catalyst poisoning, such as pigment, colloid, impurity, trace of heavy metal and so on, by clarification and separation. It is suitable for decolorization and refinery of soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, corn oil and grease of pig, cattle and sheep.
(2) HH-001
The product reaches the maximum specific surface area, and the free acid value tends to the minimum. It is suitable for the decolorization of palm oil, tung oil, castor oil, rapeseed oil and cottonseed oil.
(3) HH-02
The product is widely used, especially for the poor quality of animal grease and vegetable oils secondary purification, of which the adsorption of harmful substances in the separation has a significant effect.
(4) HH-03
Quality conforms to HQ/T2569-94 standard. It is suitable for refining mineral oil, such as lubricating oil, paraffin, Vaseline, oil and other oil.
(5) HH-003
This product’s decolorization ability is lower than HH-03, but the activity is higher. It has strong absorbability to the lubricating oil, asphaltene, neutral colloid, and sulfide as well. It improves the residual carbon in the lubricating oil in the lower value, ash content, water soluble substances to trace. It significantly improves the durability and light stability of lubricating oil, and enhances its corrosion resistance.
1.2 High Efficiency Granular Clay
Properties: the product is extruded into a short column shape, and in natural granular shape. The product has the advantages of good water resistance, high crushing strength, large specific surface area and large adsorption capacity. It is mainly used in the process of olefin removal and decolorization. It can also be used in the refining of edible oil and beverage, the purification of aviation kerosene, and as the catalyst in polymerization and condensation reaction. The physical and chemical properties of the product are comparable to that of Fitrol granule clay of USA, and superior to the German TonSil particle clay.
